Mandie qualified as a Dental Hygienist in Leeds in 1989 and later completed her local anaesthetic qualification at the prestigious Eastman Dental Institute in 1994. With decades of experience in dentistry, she has built a respected career working alongside private specialists in Periodontics, Paediatrics, Orthodontics, and Implantology.

Mandie originally began her dental career as a Dental Nurse in a children’s hospital, where she worked with babies born with cleft palates — an experience that inspired her compassionate and patient-focused approach to care.

Throughout her career as a Hygienist, Mandie has remained passionate about education and professional development. She has lectured student midwives at Oxford Brookes University, served as Secretary of the South East BSDHT for 10 years, and taken part in a rewarding dental charity mission to Romania.

Known for her friendly and caring nature, Mandie is dedicated to helping patients feel comfortable while supporting them in achieving and maintaining excellent oral health.

Outside of work, Mandie enjoys a lively family life with her children and grandchildren, ensuring there is never a dull moment. She is passionate about live music and loves spending time by the sea — especially in Cornwall.
