Need an emergency dentist in Newbury? The Rectory Dental Clinic provides same-day emergency dental appointments during normal opening hours and dedicated out-of-hours appointments on weekday evenings and weekend mornings. We welcome both existing and new patients experiencing toothache, swelling, dental infections, broken teeth, lost fillings or crowns, and dental injuries.
Fees For Same Day Emergency Treatment
Existing patient same-day emergency assessment: £95 including small x-rays
New patient same-day emergency assessment: £150 including small x-rays
Out-of-hours emergency call-out: £295– if you later decide to register with us as a regular patient with one of our Newbury Dentists we will deduct £100 from your future treatment costs
Small X-ray (if required): £18.00
Antibiotic therapy – from £18.50

- Examine the painful area
- Take digital X-rays where necessary
- Diagnose the cause
- Relieve pain or stabilise the problem
- Discuss temporary and permanent treatment options
- Provide a written treatment plan and fees
