Aimée qualified as a Dental Nurse in 2010 and has since built over a decade of experience across clinical practice, education, and leadership within dentistry. Throughout her career, she has remained committed to professional development, gaining an impressive range of postgraduate qualifications, including certifications in Dental Radiography, Oral Health Education, Implant Nursing, Dental Sedation, and Phlebotomy.

Alongside her clinical qualifications, Aimée has developed extensive expertise in training, assessment, and leadership. She holds a Training and Education Award, a Certificate in Vocational Assessing, a Certificate in Leading Internal Quality Assurance, and a Diploma in Management and Leadership.

As Director of The Rectory Clinic, Aimée oversees the day-to-day management and operations of the practice, ensuring the clinic runs smoothly while maintaining the highest standards of patient care and clinical excellence. Her strong background in education and training enables her to support ongoing professional development within the team and foster a culture focused on quality, innovation, and exceptional patient experience.

Known for her approachable and organised nature, Aimée is passionate about creating a welcoming environment for both patients and staff alike.

Outside of work, Aimée enjoys spending time with her family, friends, and her lively Pug. Whenever possible, she loves escaping to the Caribbean to relax and enjoy the sunshine.
